Transportation:
Segmentation: In order to facilitate transportation, sculpture manufacturers usually divide the completed sculpture into several small parts for easy transportation. This allows for convenient and safe loading and transportation.
Fixation: In order to prevent movement or damage to the sculpture during transportation, the main skeleton of the sculpture should be welded and fixed to the vehicle body. At the same time, tools such as ropes should be used to fix the sculpture on the transportation vehicle to avoid problems caused by factors such as road bumps during transportation.
Installation:
Making the base: Before installing the metal sculpture, the client needs to make a concrete sculpture base. The size and shape of the base should be designed based on the size of the sculpture and the location where it needs to be installed. The specifications of the embedded parts should also be selected based on the size of the bottom of the main skeleton of the sculpture and the height of the sculpture.
